21 Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free Friendly Restaurants in Austin

It’s the beginning of the year, which means everyone is on the whole “New Year, New Me” grind. Most people, like myself, like to set personal goals including eating healthier or living a more healthy lifestyle. I can personally attest to the fact that if you want a healthy lifestyle, it starts with putting healthy things into your body

One of the most popular ways to start eating healthier is to go the vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free route. Personally, I could never go completely vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free, however, that doesn’t mean eating a completely meat-free, dairy-free or gluten-free meal has to taste terrible. If it doesn’t taste yummy, people aren’t going to stick to that diet or continue to eat that way. Trust me, vegetables are tasty if cooked correctly

To get you all inspired to start the New Year on a fresh and healthy start, here is a list of some restaurants in Austin that offer awesome vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free friendly meal options!
